Heyz Grand Rapids Concert reviews
PBR Iron Man 2011
"Great venue and great event! This was my second year attending, and if they have it again in 2026, I will definitely be back. Last year, I went with a group of 12. This year, I took my whole family. We had a BLAST!!!! Warning though - the dirt pass is not worth it!! I got it last year for Gary Allan and said never again. However, when I saw it was Toby Keith this year I thought heck yeah! I want to see him up close. Mistake, again. Way too hot down there and the sound on the field is TERRIBLE. You are right by the stage but can barely hear the music or what the performer is saying/singing. Plus, the timing is way off. Toby played too long and the walk back through the tunnel to get to the main concourse and our seats caused us to miss the opening - which was SPECTACULAR as I've now seen on my DVR. To sum it up - Heyz Iron Cowboy Invitational - YES!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!! Dirt Pass - NO BUENO."
